Laguna Motorcycles is the largest motorcycle dealer store in the South-East of England.  We are seeking a creative and dynamic e-Commerce Administrator to join our team.  As an e-Commerce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s online presence.  You will be responsible for maximising product appeal by generating engaging content and imagery across various platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our e-Commerce team as we move into one of our busiest times of the year.

e-Commerce Administrator – What You’ll Do:
 
Merchandise products on our website and create engaging and visually appealing content using imagery, videos, infographics, and other multimedia elements for our online channels (Amazon, eBay, and Shopify).
 
Enhance product listings with accurate information and pricing to boost sales and revenue, ensuring online content is launched on schedule.
 
Regularly update product details to reflect inventory changes and new products.
 
Reduced our volume of clearance stock whilst maximising return.
 
Provide excellent service to our online customers, controlling stock and handling enquires, and reviewing order intake for efficient processing.
 
Work collaboratively with our internal teams to deliver campaigns and drive footfall to our online platforms.
 
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
 
e-Commerce Administrator – We’re Looking For:
o Someone who is computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
o Experience in content creation, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment, is desirable but not essential.
o Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
o Exceptional grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
o Keen eye for detail.
o Basic knowledge of SEO principles and use of content management systems (CMS).
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Although experience in an online retail environment or knowledge of motorcycles would be an advantage, it is not compulsory – attitude and character are what we value.

Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
