This Stage IV Fat Bob was built for a very happy customer who walked away with an incredible machine and a permanent smile to go with it.
There have been plenty of modifications done to this already brilliant machine but now this is something really special.

'THE BIG ONE'

 

This Fat Bob has had a complete Stage IV kit to convert its 114ci/1868cc engine to a monstrous 131ci/2147cc engine.

This bike now includes a CNC ported cylinder head with a CNC machined chamber and 1mm larger valves, a 131 Stage IV timer cover, SE8-517 high-lift cam and forged high-compression pistons. It now has a larger induction module to increase air flow, larger fuel injectors to increase fuel flow and combined, all of these have been done to add more power.

 

This Fat Bob now delivers approximately 135ft-lb of torque and 124HP at the wheel.

 

'CLEARING THE AIR'

 

It has had a full Dynojet ECM remap, as well as a new fueling dipstick, meaning it can now vent excessive crankcase pressure from the oil tank through a PCV style breather and therefore remove unwanted build-up of pressure in the oil tank.

We have removed the catalytic converters in the header pipes to increase exhaust flow. This increases that fantastic sound and removes exhaust gasses from the engine faster. We also replaced the standard ventilator with a Screamin’ Eagle heavy breather to increase air flow. 

 

'THE FINISHED BEAST'

 

This impressive Jekill and Hyde exhaust has adjustable baffles to modify the sound from a quiet rumble to a loud roar within the current EU regulations.

The front indicator bulbs have been replaced with Harley LED inserts, and Dominion hand grips have been added. The final customisation to this bike lies in the red accent kit that enhances the aesthetics of the beautiful engine.

Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
