Improve each mile of your ride with the Stage I -IV Upgrades. No longer will you have to experience all the trial-and-error that comes with your bike’s engine modification. The powerful line-up of upgrade stages are all about performance and look and feel - engineered to generate specific torque and horsepower gains.
Ideal for riders that want to enhance the performance, look and sound of their motorcycle: This delivers the perfect foundation for future upgrades.
Stage 1 offers up the most cost-effective step to improve performance. Match any high-flow air cleaner and exhaust, along with the proper ECM calibration to increase the air flow into and out of the engine and you’ll feel up to a 10% increase in performance throughout the entire RPM range.
1 - Enhanced exhaust systems provide less restriction for the gases to escape, but also have the added perk of giving the bike that raw, powerful, Harley sound!
2 - Stage 1 upgrades are a widely recognised addition and will certainly add value to your bike.
3 - Not only will the conversion increase the overall BHP and provide that traditional Harley-Davidson sound, but you'll also find the response from the throttle will be crisper and sharper, and your riding experience more enjoyable overall.
The price of a Stage 1 upgrade can greatly differ, depending on which air filter and exhaust system you opt for, and can range from £800 - £2000+ for professional fitting and calibration. As there are so many different options and interpretations, pricing is unique to each bike and rider.
When it comes to the air cleaner kit and exhaust system, there is an abundance of choice to customise the look of your Harley, and most would agree that these additions make the world of difference.
Here are just a few examples of the air filters and exhaust system brands for you to choose from:
Choose a TORQUE CAM or POWER CAM based on your riding style.
OPTION 1: TORQUE KIT
Ideal for riders look for instant passing power at cruising and highway speeds. Upgrade with the torque kit and you’ll feel up to a 15% increase in performance in the low-to-mid RPM range. This option is perfect if you want to experience a crisp throttle response and acceleration that can be felt at slower speeds, great for passing slow moving vehicles without downshifting.
OPTION 2: POWER KIT
Ideal for riders who want to feel the power build and pull all the way to the redline. Feel up to a 25% increase in performance in the mid-to-upper RPM range, along with an adrenaline-pumping burst of speed.
A Stage 2 Upgrade costs £1,250 on a Milwaukee Eight Engine. For prices on alternative engines, please get in touch.
Accomplished with larger cylinders, matching pistons, and the proper cam upgrade (see Stage 2) - an increase in engine displacement allows the engine to swallow more air and fuel, a higher compression piston squeezes the air and fuel into a more volatile mixture and when combined, generates more power when ignited.
A Stage 3 Upgrade is ideal for riders who want the largest engine displacement and increased power throughout the entire RPM range, with up to a 35% increase in the mid-to-upper RPM range. The upgrade produces instant passing power without downshifting and will deliver excellent stoplight to freeway speed and on-ramp acceleration.
A Stage 3 Upgrade costs £2,750 on a Milwaukee Eight Engine. For prices on alternative engines, please get in touch.
The highest level performance upgrade available to provide a maximum increase in displacement, compression and flow. Higher-flowing CNC ported cylinder heads and larger bore throttle body increase the velocity and feed large volumes of air and fuel into the engine, which maximizes power on a larger displacement engine. As well as combining ported cylinder heads and larger throttle body in combination with cylinders, matching pistons and proper cam.
A Stage 4 Upgrade is ideal for riders who want the absolute best performance upgrade available. Expect to feel exceptional acceleration, delivering significant gains and up to a 50% increase in the higher RPM range.
A Stage 4 Upgrade costs £3,650 on a Milwaukee Eight Engine. For prices on alternative engines, please get in touch.

Laguna Motorcycles Limited (which include multiple trading names: Laguna Motorcycles, Laguna Performance Centre, Laguna Triumph, Maidstone Honda, Maidstone Harley-Davidson® and Kent Motorcycles) is an Appointed Representative of Automotive Compliance Ltd who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 497010). Automotive Compliance Ltd’s permissions as a Principal Firm allows Laguna Motorcycles Limited (which include multiple trading names: Laguna Motorcycles, Laguna Performance Centre, Laguna Triumph, Maidstone Honda, Maidstone Harley-Davidson® and Kent Motorcycles) to act as a credit broker, not a lender, for the introduction to a limited number of lenders, and to act as an agent on behalf of the insurer for insurance distribution activities only.
We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a carefully selected panel of lenders, which includes manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent. We act on behalf of the lender for this introduction and not as your agent. We are not impartial, and we are not an independent financial advisor.
Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked directly to the particular franchise you are purchasing your vehicle from, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to make the next most suitable offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure a suitable finance agreement for you that enables you to achieve your financial objectives. If you purchase a vehicle, in the majority of cases, we will receive a commission from your lender for introducing you to them which is either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you purchase.
Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
