True Heroes Racing: Gearing Up

As the racing season draws nearer, we supply the True Heroes Racing team with two new Ducati Panigale V2 motorcycles. These motorcycles are in need of some specific modifications in order to make them race-ready for the teams' competition specification (National Superstock, Junior Superstock, Ducati TriOptions & Junior Supersport).
The journey begins with the latest Ducati Panigale being ordered and delivered at the Laguna Performance Centre.

What's next?
Now that we have received the bikes at the Laguna Performance Centre, they will need to undergo some mechanical and cosmetic changes in order to be compliant with racing regulations - and to make sure they feature the team's logo of course!
Tyres
Each race has unique tyres, to help maximise performance in handling and maintain speed throughout the corners. Each of the tyres has a specific purpose and compound, tailored for each race.
Exhaust Slip-Ons
Silencers/end cans are permitted to be changed, but replacements must be manufactured by Akrapovic. The permitted Akrapovic silencers are equipped with a dedicated engine map to meet specific racing requirements and ensure maximum performance.
Sponsor Wrap
The bike will visually look almost completely different as it takes on its racing form. Decals and sponsorship logos will be added all over the bike, in addition to a True Heroes Racing team logo and their iconic orange colour & camo flowing throughout.
It's all about the rubber
Tyres play a huge factor in the performance and speed that race teams take to get around the track. Without the appropriate compound and style, you could be adding minutes to your lap times.
The official tyre supplier to the series will be Pirelli.
Hear the beast roar
Exhaust cans or silencers can also add bundles of performance to your motorcycle. Not only are these specific silencers lighter in weight, but they also provide better airflow and can therefore increase HP and Torque by up to 10%.
The official exhaust silencers will be via Akrapovic.

Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked to the franchise offering you the vehicle. They will usually offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions (but we do not guarantee they do). If they are unable to offer finance, we then seek to introduce you to someone else on our panel. We will usually receive a commission for your introduction. This will be either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you choose. Lenders of vehicle manufacturers may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will tell you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receiving this commission. The exact amount of commission will be confirmed before you sign your finance agreement.
